This engineering effort is led by Infrastructure Engineering, a leading engineering firm based in Indianapolis. IEI is responsible for Project management, hydraulic design, and roadway design. IEI is supported by the following teammates:

  • BF&S – Survey, environmental, utility coordination, lighting design, and ROW engineering
  • Teska – Landscape/hardscape design and public involvement
  • Sam Schwartz – Traffic analysis, pavement markings, and traffic signal design
  • Terracon – Geotechnical engineering and pavement design
  • Dodd – Title research
